Where Data Becomes Information
One System. Unlimited Possibilities.
MissionInsite’s proprietary cloud-based technology platform is designed specifically for church, faith-based and nonprofit leaders. It bridges the gap between data and actionable information by answering the “where” and “what about” questions about your organization and community.
MapbMissionInsite is an easy-to-use, geo-demographic mapping interface built on Mapbox technology. There is no software or hardware for your organization to download or maintain additional licenses to purchase. No specialized training is required. It can be deployed to as many users within the organization as needed.
MissionInsite answers “where” questions about your members, donors, users, locations, boundaries, housing developments, special programs and community at large. By visually presenting the locational relationships, questions are answered and decisions can be made – simply and easily.
MissionInsite provides three distinct but interwoven perspectives. Each perspective enables your organizational leadership to better understand the information presented and discover the solutions.
MissionInsite provides organizations with the ability to better understand their core targets: donors, prospects, members, volunteers and users.
By integrating your organization’s own unique data in our analytics engine, MissionInsite provides both professional and lay leadership the ability to uncover the hidden gems of information and find solutions to very difficult challenges such as membership, ministry development, P2G (Propensity to Give) and extending programmatic mission boundaries.
MissionInsite enables organizations to see the communities they serve by integrating a variety of key behavioral, socio-economic, financial, religious and demographic characteristics.
With MissionInsite, our analytics and reporting tools enable you to see how aligned your organization is with its mission area.
Sustainable Strategic Focus
MissionInsite reveals strategic needs and opportunities and solutions by combining the data you supplied in CoreView and the different demographic data sets in CommunityView together.
Seeing the information together and separately enables leaders to see their organization’s strategic vision more clearly.

(Additional fees may apply for downloading lists).
PopStats is the source of population and household estimates in the PeopleView System. It is accurate, current and robust population data. It reflects real population growth as it occurs, estimates population counts accurately at low geographic levels, provides in-depth knowledge about specific populations, delivers data for both historic growth trends and future forecasts. These population and household data are the best in the industry.
American Community Survey data
The American Community Survey collects data on an ongoing basis, January through December, to provide every community with the information they need to make important decisions.
US Census Bureau data
The 2010 Census represented the most massive participation movement ever witnessed in our country. Approximately 74 percent of the households returned their census forms by mail; the remaining households were counted by census workers walking neighborhoods throughout the United States. National and state population totals from the 2010 Census were released on December 21, 2010. Redistricting data, which include additional state, county and local counts, was released in February 2011.
MissionInsite has been developed to provide a comprehensive understanding of any geographical area, best described as “location intelligence.” Discover unique opportunities using interactive web based tools.
Community Demographic Reports
A full array of census data is integrated into MissionInsite. These data are updated two times each year. Select one of many preset geographies such as zip codes, census tracts, block groups, etc., and build your own custom demographic report or generate one of MissionInsite’s Predefined Reports.
Maps tell stories. They visualize complex data. MissionInsite makes map making very easy. Three clicks and a professional looking PowerPoint-ready map is created, giving you a seamless, easy-to-read view of your community.
PeoplePlot is a powerful tool created to assist organizations to understand their “reach” into the community. PeoplePlot assists us to answer missional questions: Where do our constituents live? What can we learn about our constituents in relationship to the general population of an area?
Opportunity Scan assists in locating areas of opportunity within the community for selected data variables, such as household wealth, charitable giving by segment, volunteerism, or the Mosaic household groups.
Religious Survey of American Beliefs, Preferences and Practices
The Quadrennium Project is a national religious survey of American beliefs, preferences and practices conducted every 4 years. There are two reports in the Quadrennium Survey series for 2017. The first report is called ReligiousInsite. It provides insights into community beliefs and religious preferences. The
second report is called MinistryInsite. The focus of this report is on practical applications of the 2017 survey. It includes life concerns, reasons for non-participation or considered nonparticipation in a religious congregation or community and a list of preferred ministries or programs–all of which is based upon the very specific profile of the study area.
One final innovation for this survey version is the “Priorities” reports for each of the larger reports. In ReligiousInsite Priorities and MinistryInsite Priorities—using MissionInsite analytics—our highly customized priority lists zoom the reader into the heart of their study area concerns: program and ministry preferences for targeted ministry applications.
Donor and Prospect Center
Donor Center tools are a mix of analytic tools designed to assist clients in the analysis of their existing donor database once uploaded into the PeopleView System. These tools are designed to transform your existing Donor and Prospect database into actionable intelligence that will uncover the demographic profiles of your current donors, prospects and volunteers, identify those Mosaic segments that are most likely to give to your specific type of organization, and provide easy to understand development strategies making more targeted outreach possible.

The ComparativeInsite report provides an organization with a broad comparison of the demographic profile of a defined mission area with the demographic profile of an organization’s core people. It accomplishes this by matching a select set of variables from within the Experian Mosaic Segment of a study area with that part of the study area in which an organization’s core people reside. To accomplish this, a Mosaic Profile of both the study area and the organization’s core people is generated within the MissionInsite PeopleView System.
