Get Microsoft Excel Viewer: To view the QuickInsite report, users must have MS Excel. If that program is not on the user's computer, download a free viewer from Microsoft before generating the report.
Get FastStone Capture: Download a free version of FastStone capture. This is the most powerful yet user friendly screen capture program we have found.
