On-Site Training Day:
Basic training introduces leaders to the tools for visioning, strategic planning, and congregational assessment; builds clarity and consensus about core values, convictions, vision, and mission that is the foundation of trust for regional leadership; interfaces with the resources available with MissionInsite; and builds rapport with denominational staff with a mandate for overall mission support.
Webinars:
Webinars are long distance, internet seminars using specialized software that allows the consultant to control computer presentation and communicate through Skype technology. Each webinar lasts two hours (including a break). They are scheduled conveniently for the client and the consultant. Participants receive a workbook and collection of resources customized for the denominational identity and context of the region for each webinar. You have copyright permission to adapt resources for individual congregational use as needed.
