Products for Church Agencies
Tier Two: Congregant Plot and Analysis Package
The Congregant Plot and Analysis Package allows congregations to upload congregant data and then plot and analyze how congregants distribute geographically. For churches that choose to add this service, the following additional features will be activated and available to the regional agency, as well:

Advanced System Add-On Options
Custom Plotting—People or Places: Additional features or people can be plotted. For example, a list of churches from other denominations can be geocoded and added to the MI System and displayed in the system. Additionally, with proper permissions, congregants from another denominational agency could be displayed next to actual congregants. Other custom plots might include social service agencies, schools, hospitals, church day school or pre-school students, etc. A fee for loading these features and making changes would be assessed. This is available for both Tier One and Tier Two Packages.
Congregant Mailing List Export: Congregations can choose to add the optional feature of generating congregant mailing lists by geographic area and/or attributes attached to names in the congregant list. For example: suppose a church wanted to mail to all non-members who resided within a particular neighborhood. Simply use the polygon tool to draw a boundary around the neighborhood, plot the attributes desired and export a mailing list. This feature can be activated on an individual church basis for an additional fee. This is available at the Tier Two Congregant Access Option Level.
